Custom production

We offer you production of your products at our own modern production workplace, where we are able to provide piece, small batch and repetitive production of electronic systems from our own development, as well as custom production according to customer documentation. Each product will go through a stage of technical production preparation so that the product can be manufactured in a quality and efficient manner within the required deadlines, as well as subsequent quality control.

As additional services, we offer cooperation in the assembly of printed circuit boards on the SMT line, manual THT processing and mechanical machining of instrument enclosures and mechanical parts on the CNC workstation.

Our manufacturing services include:

Batch, small batch and repetitive manufacturing of electronic systems -Prototype production based on completed development
Manufacturing based on customer documentation -Material and technical provision (MTZ) of components according to customer documents
Assembly of PCBs using SMT technology and additional THT technology (punched assembly) -We offer soldering options:
classic soldering – reflow furnace
specific soldering – in vapours -Provision of screen printing templates for paste according to customer's documents
Checking of fitting and soldering: use of automatic optical inspection (AOI)
Mechanical machining of plastics, aluminium, copper and brass on a CNC workstation, which enables precision milling, drilling and thread cutting -Manual Assembly Department provides for the fitting of pin-out components and mechanical parts to PCBs, as well as the final assembly of products into structural systems, and the manufacture and assembly of wiring harnesses.

We use the following technologies:

Speedprint SP700AVI, automatic paste application by printing on PCB, 2D+ inspection
2 x OPAL XII Cli (Assembléon) – 8 head SMT assembly machine (13 900 chip/hr – IPC 9850, parts: 01005-QFP, CSP, BGA, uBGA – 32×150 mm
Reflow oven SMT Quattro Peak M – for automatic and reliable PCB soldering (RoHS)
Soldering machine IBL, SV 260 – for specific and reliable vapour brazing
KY Zenith L-size 3D AOI system – for automatic optical inspection of PCBs after component soldering
- Additional Tescona components (input station, inspection and output station, feeders to ensure automatic operation of the SMT line
Automatic washing device InJet 388-CRRD for washing of mounted PCBs -We have implemented a quality management system since 2012, we hold a quality management certificate in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.
