Honey-extractor control unit
Control unit of the extractor RJM 01 is designed for automatic and manual control of centrifugal honey-extractor. Rotation speed and time are showed on bright displays and control elements are designed for semiindustrial environment.
The control has safety buttons for emergency stop, safe closing and locking of the lid. The lid lock is controlled electronically. Output of the regulator are signals for motor convertor control.
In automatic mode, the device operates according to programmed cycles. In the slow phase, the motor spins up to desired speed and the time countdowns. Then, the fluent reversation of the direction follows, the motor stops and starts to spin up to the other direction in slow motion. After the time expiration, the motor speeds up to default rotation speed of the quick phase. After the time expiration, the motor reverses the direction and continues the same time. Then the cycle ends.
In manual mode, direction and speed of rotation can be set, expired time is counted. Thereby the operator can set ideal settings for automatic mode.
