Universal industry keyboard
Universal keyboard of massive construction designed for heavy industry common use. It can be used for manipulation, or controlling of technical devices from ditributor control panel of machines, production lines, and technological devices. The keyboard is hitched by 4 screws into the slots in the panel. The keyboard has 16 buttons with signal LED diodes that are operated independently. Button figures and control of LED can be counted by different methods according to the keyboard type. There are 4 types of keyboards available:
TKL16A
Counting of 15 buttons in BCD code (PNP, 24 V, 10 mA) and controlling of 4 LED by logic signal 24 VDC. Only one button can be pushed at a time. The keyboard contains acoustic and optic indication when the button is pressed.TKL16B
16 buttons and 16 LEDs are connected to the terminal. Button pressing complies with outgoing logic signal 24 V, lighting of LED complies with incoming signal 24 V on appropriate clamps.TKL16ASI
Counting of 15 buttons and controlling of 4 LEDs through serial interface ASI. Only one button can be pushed at a time. The keyboard contains acoustic and optic indication when the button is pressed.TKL16DP
Counting of 16 buttons and controlling of 16 LEDs by serial bus PROFIBUS DP. Positioning of DP address by switches on back side. There is a possibility of pressing several buttons at the same time.
