Heating controller

The RSO 04 controller is used to control household water heating using solar energy. The solar water heating system consists primarily of solar collectors that heat the circulating medium and a heat exchanger where the domestic water is heated.

The RSO 04 controller provides automatic control of the actuators of a one or two-stage solar pool system. The controller can be used to control the outputs manually or according to a set program. The input of the controller is two or three temperature sensors type Ni100, Ni1000, Pt100 or Pt1000. The device monitors the desired temperature set by the user and compares the collector temperature with the limits. By evaluating the conditions of the set temperatures, the circulator is controlled to pump heated water from the collectors to the heat exchanger.

The parameters are displayed on a large graphic display and set by three buttons. The controller displays the desired temperature, the measured temperatures in the collector, in the boiler and the pump status. Large icons depict the entire process.

It measures the actual heat output and calculates the energy recovered while displaying the heating history of the collector over the last 90 days. The controller can also be modified for other purposes.
